Patients may explore care at Sikora Medical for:
Many patients choose pellet therapy for its steady, reliable hormone delivery.
Our team will review your symptoms, health history, and goals to determine which options, if any, may be appropriate.
Achieving better health and function often requires care that considers more than symptoms alone. Sikora Integrative Medicine provides personalized, evidence-informed care designed around each patient’s needs, health history, and goals.
Care is led by Dr. Alita Sikora, MD, a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation who has practiced in Vero Beach since 2007.
We offer a range of non-surgical, evidence-informed treatments for pain, mobility, weight, hormone, and wellness concerns, as well as aesthetic goals, with care tailored to your individual needs.
Our regenerative medicine services include PRP, adipose-derived cellular therapy, exosomes, and Wharton’s Jelly-based options. PRP may support the body’s natural healing response and soft-tissue recovery, while recommendations across regenerative options depend on your condition, health history, goals, and available evidence.
Our pain management services combine acupuncture, targeted injections, and orthobiologics, with musculoskeletal ultrasound used when appropriate for evaluation and treatment guidance. Care is personalized to help reduce discomfort and support better movement and function.
Our nonsurgical aesthetic services include Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, microneedling, LED and radiofrequency treatments, and PRP facial rejuvenation. Each treatment is selected based on your goals to support natural-looking improvements in skin texture, volume, contour, and overall appearance.
Our medical weight loss options include semaglutide and tirzepatide programs, peptides, MIC injections, and B-complex, B12, and L-carnitine support. Our team considers your goals, health history, metabolism, and lab findings when appropriate to help identify a suitable approach.
Our hormone optimization and wellness care are built around individualized assessment, symptoms, health history, and, when appropriate, testing. Options may include bioidentical hormone therapy, pellet therapy, micronutrient testing, IV and NAD+ therapy, and peptide programs to support concerns related to energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, and overall wellness.
Your experience may vary by service, but care generally follows these steps:
We review your concerns, goals, symptoms, and relevant health history.
Our team may recommend an exam, imaging, or testing when appropriate, then discuss suitable treatment options and limitations.
Care is provided according to your personalized plan, with procedural and recovery expectations explained in advance.
We provide guidance to support recovery and help you understand what to expect after treatment.
Our team may recommend additional visits, treatment adjustments, or maintenance based on your response and goals.
Insurance coverage varies by service and plan. Sikora Integrative Medicine is in network with Medicare, Cigna, and BlueCross Blue Shield Options and bills these plans for certain pain-management services. Regenerative medicine, IV vitamin therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, and aesthetic services are self-pay. SpectraCell micronutrient testing may also be covered by Medicare and some commercial insurance plans.
Financing through M-lend Financial is also available to help make treatment costs more manageable over time.
When choosing a medical practice, confidence in your care matters. At Sikora Integrative Medicine, that confidence is supported by a thoughtful, patient-centered approach.
At Sikora Integrative Medicine, our team reviews your symptoms, health history, goals, and relevant testing or imaging before recommending treatment. The right option depends on your individual needs.
Costs vary by service and treatment plan. Our team can review current pricing with you, and financing through M-lend Financial is available for eligible services.
PRP is prepared from a patient’s own blood, but FDA clearance of some preparation devices does not mean PRP is FDA-approved for specific orthopedic conditions. The FDA also states that exosomes, Wharton’s Jelly, adipose-derived, and other cell-based products are not FDA-approved for orthopedic conditions.
Discomfort and recovery depend on the procedure. Some injections may cause temporary soreness, while many aesthetic treatments at Sikora Medical require little to no downtime.
Timelines vary by treatment and patient. PRP-related changes may develop over several weeks, while aesthetic, hormone, and weight treatments follow different timelines.
For some patients, non-surgical pain or regenerative treatments may be considered before surgery. Sikora Medical evaluates each patient individually because some conditions may still require a different or surgical approach.
At Sikora Integrative Medicine, physician-led care is personalized around your health concerns, goals, and treatment needs.
