Dr. Alita Sikora Gonsalves

Dr. Alita Sikora Gonsalves opened her practice in July of 2017. She decided to open her own practice in order to be able to take a more personalized approach in treating each patient. In addition to seeing patients in her own Vero Beach practice, she has inpatient privileges at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital. She has previously been a Medical Director for a subacute rehabilitation hospital.

Dr. Sikora graduated from Wellesley College, Magna cum Laude, in 1999 and then attended the University of Connecticut School of Medicine from 1999 until 2003, when she received her MD with Honors. She then did a year of Internal Medicine Internship at the University of Connecticut followed by a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the New York Presbyterian, University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell from 2004-2007. Tracy Zapanta

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Tracy is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2011 and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2017. She has prior experience in Family Practice. She is a mother of four children. She enjoys spending time with family, going to theme parks, and is a dedicated dance mom. She also brings her prior experience at a weight loss clinic to our practice and is available for weight loss consultations and coaching.

Rochine Pierre

Certified Physician Assistant

Rochine is a Certified Physician Assistant. She is a graduate of South University in Tampa, FL with previous experience in urgent care and at a personal injury clinic. Rochine is originally from West Palm Beach, FL. On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading. She also enjoys learning about Aesthetics and doing Botox and filler injections as well as SkinPen® microneedling at the office. She also does trigger point injections, medical Botox, and ultrasound guided joint injections.

Anna Torres

Certified Physician Assistant

Anna was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. She was a graduate of Vero Beach High School in 2005. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2010. She then went on to complete a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida with highest honors in 2013.

Anna is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants and has 10 years of experience in Internal Medicine and subacute rehab care. She also has inpatient privileges at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, along with Dr. Sikora. Anna is honored to serve her hometown community. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Shelly is originally from Michigan and moved to Florida in 2009. She has been in the medical field over 25 years. On her off time she enjoys spoiling her grandbabies and going for motorcycle rides in the wonderful Florida weather. She works hard to answer the phones and schedule our patients. Our patients always compliment us on how friendly and helpful she is!

Lindsey

Certified Medical
Assistant

Lindsey is a Certified Medical Assistant and a valued Sikora Medical Team Member. She received her certification in 2016. She was born and raised here in Vero Beach. She has been with Sikora Integrative Medicine since November 2017. She enjoys traveling and visiting the local beaches.

Front Desk Receptionist

Denise joined our office in March 2023 at the front desk. She moved to Vero Beach from Northeastern PA in 2008. She has 3 grown children so she spends her free time playing ball with her standard poodles, Daisy and Daphne, and growing succulents on her lanai. She enjoys spending time with family and sitting near the pool to read a good book.

Kasey

Front Desk Receptionist

Kasey started with us in 2022. She has twelve years of experience in the medical field and works hard helping at the front desk. She answers the phones and checks in our patients with a friendly smile. She is a Vero Beach native and enjoys outdoor activities with her fiancé and daughter. She also enjoys going to Disney.

Julianne is an inspirational, caring, problem solver with a long career in planning and managing executive level, signature events. Passionate about serving her clients with the utmost care, Julianne’s experience includes managing events of all sizes from corporate meetings to fundraising galas and celebrations. Watching people exceed their personal, educational and financial goals, while building lasting relationships, has been one of the highlights of her career. Currently, she is active in planning and providing musical entertainment, performing with her husband Tom TomandJulianne.com, and in the 7-piece band Riptide Riptidemusic.live.
